Portal update alert – required email address for provider location

The office email address associated with the provider location is now required to access local and national Delta Dental provider portals. If you receive the following error message, please contact your professional relations representative or email professionalrelationsteam@deltadentalmo.com

A service office email is required to register a web account. Please contact your local Delta Dental member company and ensure you have an email address on file.

We will add the email address to your user account. It will serve as an extra validation step – an authorization code will be emailed to you upon completion of registration.

This email will also be displayed on the provider directory for Delta Dental. If you prefer the authorization code be sent to another email address that will not be listed on the provider directory, or if the current email address needs updating, please let your professional relations representative know or email professionalrelationsteam@deltadentalmo.com
