The 2020 annual meeting of the members of Delta Dental of Missouri was held at 1:30 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, November 20, 2020. The annual meeting was conducted via remote communication on Webex. The president and chief financial officer reported on the activities and financial condition of the organization and announced the results of the election of directors.
