It’s our pleasure to introduce Alexis Campbell, our newest member of the professional relations team. Alexis will be responsible for the St. Louis, St. Charles and I-55 corridor territories.
Alexis has been with Delta Dental of Missouri for 10 years and brings a deep understanding of our provider contracting requirements, network participation options and requirements, claims process, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA).
We are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to you – our network providers and your staff members. Each year, our representatives visit every participating dentist in the state either in-person or virtually. We assist with local and national claims, website training and compliance. Additionally, we introduce value-added programs, grow and develop our networks, and represent Delta Dental at sponsored events.
