We are pleased to announce that Kristina Fuhler has been promoted to professional relations representative. Many of you may be familiar with Kristina – she previously served as professional relations coordinator team lead and assisted with contracting, claims and recredentialing. Kristina will be responsible for the territory previously covered by Colleen Davila, as Colleen is now the supervisor for professional relations and utilization management.
Our professional relations representative team – Julie Partney, Kristina Fuhler, Deborah Burk and Lori McLaughlin – are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our provider partners and their staff members. Our representatives visit, either in-person or virtually, every participating dentist in the state each year. They provide assistance with local and national claims, web training, and compliance. Additionally, they introduce our value-added programs, grow and develop our networks, and represent Delta Dental at sponsored events. Our representatives recently attended the annual Greater St. Louis Dental Society Mid-Continent Convention in St. Louis. Did we see you there?
