As a reminder, all Delta Dental of Missouri Individual and Family™ plan member (ID numbers starting with 077) inquiries and claims, including all new claims, claim resubmissions and coordination of benefits requests, should now be directed to our specialized unit (located in Wisconsin) that focuses on these policies*.
