One of the external clearinghouses we work with, Change Healthcare (CHC), has experienced a cybersecurity incident. We stopped all connections to CHC while they work to resolve this issue.
If you submitted claims and/or attachments to us through CHC on or after February 19, 2024, it is possible that we have not received them. In an abundance of caution, you may wish to resubmit CHC claims and/or attachments electronically via a different clearinghouse.
For new submissions or resubmissions of claims or attachments, please use another clearinghouse, such as DentalXChange or Vyne:
