Effective January 1, 2021, Delta Dental of Missouri will no longer accept phone inquiries from third-party vendors such as Medusind, VSNL America, E-clinical Works, and others that initiate calls to obtain benefits, eligibility and/or claims information on behalf of dental offices.
Although Delta Dental of Missouri will no longer provide member information by phone to third-party vendors, if delegated by dentists as their business associate they can continue to retrieve necessary benefit, eligibility and claim information by accessing the IVR and/or to obtain a faxback at 800-335-8266.
